Founding-partner programme
Ten practitioners. Then the door closes for a while.
Rapora is production-ready and in live pilots. Before the general release, we're onboarding ten founding partners — independent consultants, executive and team coaches, and HR consultants who want the instrument early and a real say in what it becomes.
What founding partners receive
- A full licence, free until 1 March 2027 — unlimited meetings, reports, and client engagements. The date is fixed for everyone: the earlier you join, the more of it is yours.
- Founder terms afterwards: you will never pay more than half the list price for your first paid year.
- White-glove onboarding: for your first analyses, we run the processing and walk through the report with you, one to one.
- Direct influence: founders' feedback sets the roadmap. This is not a metaphor; our current detection thresholds and report design came from pilot feedback.
What we ask in return
- One written-up case from a real engagement (your client can remain anonymous).
- A short attributable testimonial — only if you're satisfied.
- Honest feedback conversations as you use the instrument.
Who qualifies
Independent practitioners working with teams — org-effectiveness and HR consultants, executive/team/agile coaches — practising in English or Bulgarian. Materials and onboarding are available in both languages.
